Community Learning Euroa Inc. (CLE) was established as a not for profit incorporated association in September 2021 to develop a supported governance framework as part of a community based strategy to move forward on adult education, training and employment.  A partnership with Mansfield MACE was established and ACFE funded learning delivered locally in Euroa in 2022.

CLE has been accepted by Goulburn North East Association of Community Centres (gneacc) with planning for the next steps towards a community house/centre being taken.

CLE is registered as a charity with Australian Charities and Not For Profit Commission (ACNC). The aim of CLE is to provide access to education for adults at the community level including pre-accredited and accredited courses. The Committee of management comprised Craig Mercuri (GoTAFE), Faith Irving, Linda Bennet (Euroa Rotary), Robert Irving (Euroa Rotary) and Sue Kent. Rob Woodward from the Euroa Health steering committee continued on with CLE as a special adviser to the Committee of Management.
